Company Reports

Once you've purchased a company report, the report will be available to download at any time from within your Endole account for up to 30 days. After 30 days, the report will no longer be available to download and you will need to purchase the report again in order to access it.

Note: If the open icon for your report is grey, this means that your company report has expired.

Credits

If you've purchased upfront credits such as our preset packages, these credits do not expire. After you've consumed a credit to download a single report, the 30 days expiry will then apply to this report only.
